He calls it "grandpa's zucchini cake" - geri.] Beat eggs lightly and stir in oil, applesauce, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into egg mixture until well blended. Stir in raisins and nuts. Put in well-greased loaf pan (8x5x3), bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
