Saute' shrimp, green onion, and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are firm and opaque. Remove from heat. Stir warm fettuccine into shrimp. In a medium bowl beat egg yolks, half & half, and parmesan cheese. Add to shrimp/pasta and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens, about another 3 or 4 minutes. Do not boil.
