Spread ½ cup pizza sauce on one-half of each. Then layer 1 pkg. spinach (drain well or squeeze out liquid), mushrooms, and 1 cup of cheese onto each half. Fold top half of dough over onto the bottom half that contains the sauce, veggies, and cheese. Press edges to seal. Brush dough lightly with butter or olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min., then 350 degrees for an additional 15 to 20 min. Let sit 5 min. upon removing from oven. Slice into servings.
