  Pam always makes this
  for dad when they get together for the christmas - peggy.  
  
   
    | 2 Cups Flour | 3 Large Eggs |  
    | 1 Teaspoon Salt | 8 Ounces Swiss Cheese, Grated |  
    | 2/3 Cup Canola Oil | 6 Ounces Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled |  
    | 1/3 Cup Ice Water | 1 Teaspoon Dried Chives |  
    | 12 Ounces Evaporated Milk | Pinch Nutmeg |  
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
 To make the crust, mix flour, salt, oil, and water.
 Roll out pie crust between 2 pieces of wax paper.
 Place the pie crust in a pie or tart pan.
 
 Layer the bacon and swiss cheese into the crust.
 In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and chives.
 Pour milk mixture over the cheese and bacon in the quiche crust.
 Sprinkle the top with a pinch of nutmeg.
 Bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown and center is set.
 Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
