Stuffed Celery

Dad or robert would make
stuffed celery every year as an appetizer for thanksgiving and sometimes for
christmas get togethers - peggy.
20 Ounces Cracker Barrel Sharp
|
8 Ounces Pimento, Chopped
|
-Cheddar Cheese, Finely Grated
|
4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
|
16 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
|
2 Heads Celery
|
Mix the cheddar cheese, cream
cheese, pimento, and worcestershire sauce.
Cut the celery into separate stalks and remove the leafy tops.
Wash the celery stalks and cut into two inch pieces.
Stuff celery with cheese mixture and serve.
