Sweet & Hot Turkey Meatballs

Yield: 16 Meatballs

16 Ounces Lean Ground Turkey

1 Egg, Beaten
|
1 Medium Red Onion
|
24 Ounce Jar Salsa (Medium Or Hot)
|
1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
|
10 Ounce Jar Grape Jelly
|
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
|
Butter Flavored Non-Stick Cooking
|
1 Tablespoon Italian Herbs
|

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the turkey, onion, bread crumbs, Italian herbs, Worcestershire sauce, and
egg together.
Lightly coat a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Bake for
40 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the salsa and grape jelly.
Heat the salsa/jelly mixture in the microwave until hot.
Place cooked meatballs in sauce and serve.
